Your Role in the Classroom

You'll use your subject knowledge and teaching skills to create an environment where pupils are encouraged to participate, think independently and make progress.

Depending on the position, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing clear expectations and classroom routines

• Hold QTS or an appropriate equivalent qualification

• Adapt your teaching for different abilities and needs
• Work well with colleagues
• Be reliable, professional and organised
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
