On behalf of our esteemed client, an exceptional secondary school in Croydon, we are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Girls' Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their dedicated team. This full-time, permanent position commences in September and presents an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower young women through a passion for sports and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging PE lessons for female students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters skill development, confidence, and enjoyment of physical activity.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote individual growth.
• Actively contribute to the school's extracurricular sports program, including coaching and organizing teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall PE curriculum and departmental goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching PE to secondary school girls.
• A strong understanding of current pedagogical practices and curriculum requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
