To provide effective and efficient administrative and clerical support in relation to Waiting List management and to respond to routine requests for information.

Ensure the prompt and accurate input of patient details to appropriate waiting lists and assist booking appointments as directed by waiting list management team.

To provide a high-quality support by undertaking all administrative and clerical duties in the daily running of the department, as an individual and as a team member.
