Our school is a central part of the community, and our reception desk is the bridge between the school and local families. Detailed Responsibilities
Safeguarding & Attendance: Managing visitor access and working with the Attendance Officer to track absences and make "first-day" calls to parents.
Financial Admin: Assisting with school trip payments and managing petty cash or uniform sales via online portals like ParentPay.
Event Coordination: Organizing Parents' Evenings and Open Days by managing invitation lists and greeting attendees.
