Role Overview

As a specialist Business Studies Supply Teacher, you will step into pre-planned Business, Enterprise, and Economics lessons across various secondary settings in Swindon. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 (GCSE / BTEC Tech Awards) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level / BTEC Nationals)

• Guide pupils through core topics including marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and enterprise strategy

• Assist students with ICT-based coursework, financial ratio calculations, and business simulation tasks in computer suites

• Maintain strong classroom management and a professional, business-like learning environment

• Complete electronic attendance registers accurately at the start of each period

• Leave structured written feedback and handover notes for returning departmental staff
