LCMS Product Specialist

Agilent seeks a Product Specialist for LC/MS to drive technical sales and market growth across the UK and Ireland. The role combines product expertise, customer engagement, and sales enablement to strengthen competitive positioning and increase adoption of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LC/MS technical expert and product liaison for customers and internal teams
• Plan and deliver customer presentations, technical demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
• Lead product-line strategy execution including competitive positioning and deal strategies
• Develop and deliver technical training for sales teams and partners on products and solutions
• Maintain Salesforce CRM tracking and provide market insights and deal forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years in analytical instrumentation or life science industry with LC/LCMS applications experience
• Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows and ability to configure solutions
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex customer problems independently
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for customer and internal engagement
• Hands-on experience with Triple Quad, QTOF, or Single Quadrupole mass spectrometry systems preferred
