Multi Trade Operative
Bath
3 month contract
I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Bath. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality joinery as well as additional repairs.
Multi Trade Operative duties:
- Carry out high quality joinery
- Deliver good customer service
- Keep accurate records
- Maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.
- Take part in the on-call out of hours rota.
Requirements for the role:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Strong joinery skills plus multi trade ability
- Good health & safety awareness
- Social housing experience desirable
- Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
