Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Exeter Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90 - £120 per day Do you have experience or knowledge of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs? Are you confident supporting children and young people with SEMH needs? Are you a patient and adaptable Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent support in the classroom? The schools provide a supportive environment where pupils with additional needs can engage with their education and develop their confidence. The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Knowledge of SEN and SEMH needs
• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
• Experience managing challenging behaviour
• Strong communication skills
• A patient and resilient approach
• Adaptability and a willingness to support pupils' individual needs
