Your Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children in their learning through engaging activities and experiences
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and communication skills
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education
• Build positive relationships with families and carers
• Observe and support children's progress and development

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting
• A warm, positive, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
