Would you thrive in an outstanding primary school where you can make a genuine difference to pupils' academic progress, confidence and development?

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff across the primary phase, helping pupils develop essential literacy, numeracy and social skills.

* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
* Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. This role will provide invaluable experience for graduates seeking to develop their understanding of primary education and child development within an outstanding school setting. Who We're Looking For The school is keen to hear from graduates who: * Hold a degree from a Russell Group university.
* Have achieved a 2:1 classification or above.
* Possess strong A-Level and GCSE results.

* An outstanding primary school with an excellent reputation across Brent.
* Exceptional mentoring and support from experienced teachers and senior leaders.
* A welcoming and inclusive school community.
* Modern facilities and excellent learning resources.
* Outstanding professional development opportunities.
* A collaborative staff culture with a strong focus on wellbeing.
