A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to join its corporate team in London.
This Legal PA opportunity offers the chance to support high-performing fee earners within a fast-paced Mergers & Acquisitions environment, working as part of a collaborative and professional support team.
The Role
As a Legal PA, you will deliver high-quality secretarial and administrative support, ensuring fee earners can operate efficiently while maintaining excellent client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support inbox management and handle correspondence
- Assist with client billing, including 3E processes and tracking expenses
- Prepare complex legal documents and ensure accuracy
- Maintain filing systems, including e-filing and matter management
- Coordinate communications and act as a key point of contact
- Prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines
- Provide wider team support and cover when required
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Corporate or M&A
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to use initiative
- Experienced in document production and billing processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and fast, accurate typing
