**Job Title:** Housing Manager - Permanent
**Location:** Highlands of Scotland **About the Role / Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Housing Manager** to lead a dedicated Housing Management team and deliver exceptional services to customers and communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals ready to step into a leadership role, focusing on customer service, team development, and service improvement. **Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee day-to-day housing management services, including tenancy management, allocations, income collection, estate management, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy sustainment.
- Ensure services are customer-focused, compliant, and continuously improving.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements as necessary. **Qualifications:**
- At least three years' experience working within a Registered Social Landlord or housing-related organisation.
- Strong knowledge of housing management, housing legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive service improvements. **Education Requirements:**
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in housing management or related field.
- Additional certifications in housing legislation or management are advantageous. **Experience Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within housing management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality housing services.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
