D&B Project Manager Fit Out & Refurbishment

We re currently working with an established D&B contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into their team as they continue to take on new work across London.

The business delivers high–end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from GBP500k to GBP5m+, with a strong amount of repeat business and a growing order book.

This is a hands–on PM role where you ll have real ownership of your projects, from pre–construction through to completion. You ll work directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team, with responsibility for keeping projects commercially and operationally on track.

The Opportunity

• Manage multiple D&B commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Project values typically up to GBP5m+
• Take ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality and delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Be involved from pre–construction through to handover
