Salary: €70,000–€75,000 + €5,500 Car Allowance + 12% Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to join a growing manufacturing organisation in a newly created standalone role. Reporting directly to the HR Director (UK), this is a highly visible position that will play a key role in shaping the people agenda across the Irish operation.

Supporting approximately 90 employees, you will partner with leaders across Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions, providing both strategic and hands-on HR leadership.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational delivery and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the trusted HR partner to the leadership team across multiple business functions.
Lead and support organisational change, restructuring and business transformation projects.
Drive workforce planning and talent strategies to support business growth.
Champion digitalisation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven HR solutions and process improvements.
Lead projects around bonus scheme redesign and reward initiatives.
Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, engagement and organisational development.
Ensure HR policies and practices support business objectives while maintaining compliance with employment legislation.
Collaborate with global HR colleagues to align local initiatives with wider organisational strategy.

About You
We're looking for a proactive, commercially focused HR professional who is equally comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

You'll bring:
A minimum of 5 years' HR Business Partnering experience.
A strong background within a manufacturing environment (essential).
Proven experience leading organisational change, restructuring or transformation projects.
Experience in workforce planning and organisational development.
Confidence influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
Experience or interest in HR digitalisation and AI-enabled process improvements.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
