Job description

As an MRF Operative (Materials Recovery Facility Operative), you’ll be a key part of our recycling operations, responsible for sorting recyclable materials on the picking line and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the facility. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Work time: Permanent Monday to Friday Rotating shift Week 1: 06:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Week 2: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM £13.64 per hour (Paid weekly) Who are you? Comfortable working in a busy, manual environment. Safety conscious with good attention to detail. Willing to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks. Able to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
