Providing training and education and supporting students and allocating assessors/supervisors. Patient experience and Satisfaction. Gathering feedback. Leading patient- focused initiatives to improve the elective surgery experience. Data Management and Reporting. Collecting and analysing key performance indicators (KPI's) such as infection rates, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal standards.
