Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist would include:• Complying with legal requirements and obligations to minimise risk and inspire confidence
• Understanding the products we sell and offering guidance to customers, sharing any promotions
• Dealing with customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
• Completing regular compliance checks in line with society policies and procedures *Please note, successful candidates will be subject to a P250 (Credit Check)
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
• Confident and approachable nature
• Cash handling experience
• Strong IT skills
• Previous experience in retail/sales preferred but not essential
