Assistant Treasury Accountant - Skelmersdale - £35,000 + Benefits - Hybrid

Our client is a large international business and we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious treasury professional to join a talented treasury team.

The role will give someone a fantastic opportunity to be mentored in post by an experienced manager and you will get involved in delivering accurate and timely treasury accounting, reporting and administrative accounting.

The Role

Monitor and reconcile intragroup debt positions
Review and sign off treasury exposure reports
Support month end, quarter end and year end treasury accounting
Process group consolidation system entries
Assist with monthly interest analysis
Account for dividend transactions
Maintain treasury systems and banking platforms
Calculate and process banking fees

The Person

Part qualified ideally
Good accounting knowledge of month end activities
Strong Excel skills
