The Role as an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both 1st and 2nd Line support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's IT systems and services. - Provide 1st–3rd line IT & AV support across a Microsoft environment.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra and Windows technologies.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and end-user devices.
- Support hybrid meeting rooms, conferencing systems and AV equipment.
- Assist with network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi and IT upgrades.
- Maintain IT security, assist with cyber security and incident response.
- Deliver IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Support telephony, email systems and business applications.
- Provide excellent customer support, training and technical documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rota and support occasional out-of-hours work.
