Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across Aintree University Hospital and Royal Liverpool University Hospital . We have a range of flexible agency shifts available, providing nurses with the opportunity to work across a variety of hospital departments and clinical settings while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities * Providing high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of clinical settings.
* Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
* Administering medication and treatments in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Monitoring patients' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in their health.
* Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
* Ensuring infection prevention and control procedures are followed.
* Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
* Promoting a high standard of patient safety and patient-centred care. Requirements * Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Recent experience working within an acute hospital setting.
* Strong clinical and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
* Right to work in the UK.
