Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Paisley to hire a Finance Administrator on a 6 month FTC.
The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and bank reconciliations.
Duties include:
- Payment processing
- Matching, batching, coding invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Bank reconciliation
- Arranging weekly banking
- Data entry into data base
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable queries
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
Interviews will be held next week.
