Duration: Approximately 35 weeks (until early February 2027)
We're working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to deliver an GBP18m CAT A commercial refurbishment across a live business park in Southwest London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager who thrives in client–facing environments and has a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment projects. You'll be leading a high–profile scheme where stakeholder management, technical expertise and programme delivery are key.
The Project
You'll take ownership of a major refurbishment programme across three occupied commercial buildings, including:
- Full CAT A office fit–out
- Reception and WC refurbishments
- Major plant replacement works
- Significant M&E packages, accounting for approximately 50% of the project value
- Delivering works within live, occupied buildings while minimising disruption to tenants and business operations
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience delivering CAT A & B commercial refurbishment projects
- A strong background managing projects within live, occupied environments
- Excellent client–facing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships
- A diplomatic, professional and solutions–focused approach
- Strong programme management and project coordination experience
- Experience managing substantial M&E packages
- Good commercial awareness, including procurement and cost management
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive projects to successful completion
