An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at an exceptional five-star country house hotel in Berkshire. Set within hundreds of acres of beautiful parkland, this luxury property offers an impressive collection of dining experiences, from relaxed all-day dining and private events to an acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the senior chefs with the smooth day-to-day running of the main kitchen. Working across all-day dining, room service and banqueting operations. Taking responsibility during busy services and helping to maintain consistently high standards. Preparing and delivering dishes using quality, seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
- Has previous Junior Sous Chef experience within a five-star luxury hotel. Has experience working within a large, multi-outlet kitchen operation. Is comfortable working across banqueting, all-day dining and other busy hotel service.
