SEN Teaching Assistant - Bourne, Lincolnshire

GSL Education are currently seeking a caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bourne, Lincolnshire .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals who is passionate about helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

The Role:

* Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant , supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
* Monday-Friday availability required
* Initially working on a supply basis , with the opportunity to progress into a long-term or permanent position
* Providing tailored support to help pupils engage with their learning
* Working alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils' emotional, social and educational development

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN support role
* Alternatively, experience within Care Work, Support Work or a similar setting
* Patient, compassionate and understanding
* Confident working with children and young people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, committed and available Monday-Friday
* Passionate about making a positive difference to pupils' lives
