Are you an experienced logistics professional with a background in export or supply chain administration? This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a fast-paced commodities trading company based in Redhill, Surrey.

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client’s supportive logistics team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in global freight and export operations within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange international freight shipments
  
• Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers
  
• Prepare and verify essential shipping and export documentation
  
• Negotiate favourable freight and courier rates
  
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodities trading team
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in logistics, export, supply chain, or freight administration
  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• A confident, organised, and resilient individual capable of working under pressure
  
• A team player with plenty of common sense and great problem-solving skills
  

Job Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Office-based in Redhill, Surrey
  
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  
• Competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
