The School Principal will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student welfare across all year groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff performance, developing curriculum initiatives aligned with UK standards, engaging with parents and stakeholders, and promoting a positive school culture that supports continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a UK curriculum school
- Strong knowledge of UK educational standards and assessment frameworks
- Proven ability to lead whole-school improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to inspire staff, students, and parents towards shared goals
