Food Truck Catering Manager

Join the action at Wembley Stadium and London Stadium and take ownership of a catering unit , leading front-of-house operation across both during major sporting and entertainment events.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Food Truck Catering Manager to oversee a catering unit at our London Venues. You’ll ensure the unit operates efficiently, maintain exceptional food and hygiene standards, and deliver fast, high-quality service to thousands of fans.
Hours: Casual, event-based (evenings & weekends). Here are some of our upcoming events:
- 10 May - Wembley - National League Playoff
- 10 May - West Ham vs Arsenal
- 16 May - Wembley - Emirates FA Cup Final
- 17 May - Wembley - Non League Finals Day
- 23 May – Wembley – Championship Playoff
- 24 May – Wembley – League 1 Playoff
- 24 May – West Ham vs Leeds
- 30 May – Wembley RFL Challenge Cup Final
- 31 May – Wembley Women’s FA Cup Final
Pay: £17–£18 per hour + 12/07% holiday pay (depending on experience).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation across a food truck
- Cooking food on the unit
- Leading, training, and motivating staff
- Maintaining food quality, speed of service, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Managing service flow and queue control during peak trading periods.
- Opening and closing both units efficiently.
- Stock control, wastage management, and operational oversight across both trucks.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for FOH during events.
You’ll need:
- 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams at once.
- Experience overseeing service flow in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Confidence making quick decisions during live events.
- Excellent organisational and delegation skills.
- Level 2/3 Food Hygiene (essential or willingness to obtain).

Presenting the ‘Perfect Serve’ experience with our partner brands such as Heineken UK, Moët & Chandon, Bacardi, ABinBev and Diageo. We pour over 150 types of spirits, cocktail combinations, champagne, lager and cider, and 6.2 million pints of beer every year so your customers never leave thirsty. We provide high-quality bars services for events, including festival bars, concerts, stadiums and sporting venues. We have long-standing partnerships with some of the biggest names in the event industry, including Boomtown Fair, Victorious and We Are FSTVL, as well as concert and sporting venues, including London Stadium and Twickenham Stadium.
