Here at GXO Milton Keynes we are looking for a Warehouse Systems Administrators to join our team supporting our prestigious customer, LVMH. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring stock accuracy across the site.

You will be working on a full-time , permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, on a rotating shift covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage warehouse systems and control processes, supporting goods receipt, stock accuracy, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management activities
• Provide first-line IT and systems support across the site, maintaining user profiles, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required
• Monitor and update operational reports, spreadsheets and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and supporting business performance
• Work closely with operational teams to achieve KPI targets, identify process improvements and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience or knowledge of DLX systems would be advantageous

• Administration experience within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or operational environment

• Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems, Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow processes, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the site
