What you will do

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to holistic patient care within the intermediate care and reablement sectors.
Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions across various pathways, including reablement, rapid response, and rehab beds.
Use your post-graduate experience to manage the complexities of the team's caseload, ensuring high-quality care for all patients.
