Complex Needs Classroom Support Assistant – Tower Hamlets Help pupils with complex learning, communication and physical needs participate safely and meaningfully throughout the school day. What you will do • Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication routines. • Follow individual care, mobility and learning plans with dignity. • Encourage choice, engagement and developing independence. • Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues. What you will bring • Relevant complex-needs, PMLD, care or classroom experience. • A respectful, attentive and reliable approach. • Confidence following safeguarding and moving-and-handling guidance. • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role. Contract: Full-time temporary Pay: £110–£150 per day PAYE Right-to-work, references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
