Temporary Legal EA (Corporate)
£60k per annum Temporary Legal EA (Corporate) Our prestigious US law firm client, based in the City, is seeking an experienced Temporary Legal EA on an ongoing assignment. This is a busy and hands-on role, supporting the Head of Corporate, so the firm is looking for a confident, well-rounded Legal PA / EA who can hit the ground running.
- Salary to £60,000 (FTE)
- Ongoing temporary assignment
- Hybrid working ( 4 days office / 2 days remote)
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
- Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses
- Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files
- Ensure lawyers' weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner
- Management of inboxes and e-filing
- 3 years+ Legal PA / EA / Secretarial experience from a City Law Firm
- Applicants must have Corporate experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software
- Excellent team work and professional attitude
