Our care services support individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments-ensuring comfort, dignity, and wellbeing throughout their stay. What is the day-to-day of the role: Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
Medication administration
Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Maintaining accurate care records and working closely with the wider care team Required Skills and Qualifications 6 months nursing experience in the UK is vital - full training provided
Nursing qualification
A kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
Good communication and teamwork skills
