The role:

This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor with at least four years' post-qualification experience to join a private family law practice. Alongside managing privately funded family matters and delivering an excellent service to clients, the role has a strong emphasis on helping to grow the department. You will be a confident people person who can build productive relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of privately funded family law matters
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an empathetic, professional service
• Support the team's longer-term development, with the potential to take on greater responsibility as the role progresses

• Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in family law
• Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
• Technically capable and able to manage family law matters with confidence and autonomy
• Demonstrable interest in business development, networking and marketing
• Ambitious and interested in growing into a more senior or leadership-focused position
