The Role As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated support to a pupil on a one-to-one basisAssist with learning activities inside and outside the classroomSupport the child's academic, social, and emotional developmentWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategiesPromote independence, confidence, and engagement in learningHelp create a positive and inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirableA patient, nurturing, and positive attitudeStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience supporting children with additional needs is beneficial but not essentialA genuine passion for helping children succeed Why Work with Protocol Education?
