Receptionist / Administrator

Job description

The Senior Administrator is the operational backbone of LIA's work at the Wolfhill Centre. The purpose of this role is twofold: to manage a warm, professional, and highly efficient public-facing environment, and to deliver comprehensive, high-level administrative, secretarial, and clerical support across all LIA projects, core staff, and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Reception duties.
  • Communication management.
  • Information provision.
  • Stock & procurement control.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics at Grade C or above or a formal relevant administrative, secretarial or business support qualification alongside 1 year of experience.

Desirable Skills

  • Advanced qualifications in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Information Management.
