- Work with operational and functional leaders to provide strategic advice and challenge
- Identify and evaluate risks, opportunities and emerging business challenges - communicate these to key stakeholders to support effective decision making - Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, setting clear objectives for the team - Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance review processes, and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership. - Maintain KPIs and performance reporting frameworks. - Lead and support business transformation and change initiatives. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (including Procurement, IT, Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Core Finance and Project Accounting) to deliver strategic priorities and organisational improvements - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams - Influence decision-making through insights, analysis, and data-driven recommendations - Represent the business partnering function in key forums and governance meetingsVacancy posted 12 days ago
