Liquor N Poker has a fast-paced opening for a Buying & Merchandising Admin Assistant to assist in the buying and distribution of stock.
In a pivotal role within the business, supporting our UK office and China-based buyers, the Buying & Merchandising Admin Assistant will work across the whole business to support wholesale orders, delivery schedules, and critical paths for our key accounts.
Responsibilities of the Buying & Merchandising Admin Assistant will include:
- Managing and maintaining critical paths for our monthly collections
- Keeping track of all wholesale orders and maintaining our master order system
- Reviewing wholesale orders and website performance to replenish website stock
- Reviewing weekly delivery schedules and providing updates to customers
- Ensuring goods are requested for delivery via delivery portals
- Creation of weekly delivery schedules and order arrivals
- Liaising with shipping agents to keep track of shipments
- Some basic administration duties
- Supporting the creative team in ensuring all stock due to arrive has been shot, maintaining a running list of items that need to be shot
What Liquor N Poker is looking for:
- Experience in a fashion admin, buying or merchandising position.
- Able to commute to Stourbridge.
- Well organised
- Logical
- Good communicator
- Proficient with Excel
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Good with numbers
