Multi Trader

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rugby  to assist with the appointment of a Multi Trader , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.10 - £17.64 per hour

Summary:

This role requires a Multi Trader with strong domestic plumbing experience as their primary trade, alongside good carpentry skills and additional multi-trade abilities.

The successful candidate will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties, working independently and aiming to complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible. A full valid UK driving licence is essential, and a company van will be provided for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in domestic and occupied properties.
• Complete a range of plumbing repairs, with plumbing being the primary trade.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and leaks.
• Carry out bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs.
• Repair and replace taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware.

Essentials:

• Strong domestic plumbing experience as the primary trade.
• Carpentry skills as a secondary trade.
• Experience working in occupied domestic properties.
• Ability to work independently and complete repairs to a good standard.
• Ability to complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit without requiring additional trades.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Applicants must provide their own basic tools.
