As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Carlisle Finance function
- Shape financial strategy in collaboration with Group Finance and the leadership team.
- Foster a culture of financial control, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all sub‑functions.
- Ensure clear accountability and segregation of duties across the team.
- Own month‑end close, ledger integrity, balance sheet controls, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accurate fee income recognition.
- Deliver timely, accurate management accounts with meaningful analysis and insight.
- Own local budgeting and forecasting activity, working closely with Group.
- Deliver all statutory financial statements for Carlisle entities.
- Manage the year‑end audit process, ensuring clean audits and efficient engagement with external auditors.
- Maintain robust documentation of key finance processes and controls.
- Lead, develop and mentor a multi‑disciplinary Finance team.
- Set objectives, support professional development, and build succession capability.
- Promote a high‑performance, collaborative culture with clear accountability.
