As an Industrial Services Operative, you'll support a variety of industrial cleaning and maintenance projects across multiple sites, working as part of an experienced team.,
- Carry out high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning and a range of industrial cleaning services.
- Operate specialist equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work within confined spaces and challenging industrial environments, including sewage tanks, when required.
- Assist with site preparation, equipment setup and job completion.
- Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures to the highest standard.
- Complete site documentation and work closely with supervisors and team leaders. Attitude is everything. We're looking for people with an exceptional work ethic, a reliable attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. Whilst previous experience in industrial services and high-pressure water jetting is beneficial, we're far more interested in finding someone who is dependable, hardworking and eager to learn. We can teach the technical skills, we can't teach commitment., Above all else, we're looking for the right attitude., Reliable and someone who turns up ready to work.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and willing to work varied hours, including early starts, late finishes and weekends when required.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Committed to working safely at all times.
- Full UK Driving license This is not your average 9-5 role. The work can be demanding, the hours can vary, and you'll often be working in challenging industrial environments, including sewage tanks and confined spaces. In return, there is the opportunity to earn excellent money through overtime and additional hours for those who are willing to put the work in.
