Protocol Education is recruiting a Graduate Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist SEND and SEMH school in Northumberland. Many of the skills that make an outstanding coach also make an exceptional Teaching Assistant. Your ability to motivate others, build resilience, encourage teamwork and remain positive under pressure can have a life-changing impact on learners who need strong role models. Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, you'll help learners develop confidence, emotional resilience and a positive attitude towards education.
