We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team based in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a busy environment. Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Assisting with general labouring duties on site.
* Loading and unloading materials safely.
* Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.
* Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors as required.
* Following all health and safety procedures.
* Using basic hand tools and equipment where necessary.
* Carrying out manual handling tasks. Requirements * A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Good level of physical fitness.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
* Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential. What We Offer * Pay rate of £12.71 per hour .
