JOB TITLE: Blow Moulder/Engineer/Machine Setter

The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Blow-Moulding machine setter to join their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture blow moulded containers. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
* Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
* Job change machines
* Tool change machines
* Maximise run time of allocated production lines
* Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;
* Mechanical background
* A desire to learn the blow moulding process
* Happy to work permanent shift system
* Experience in a factory/production environment
* Confident personable approach to working in a team

SALARY: £20,500 rising to £37,000 when fully trained
