Associate Dentist | Bath | Mixed practice | Strong private potential

Associate Dentist | Bath
Mixed Practice | 3-4 Days per Week | Established Patient Base | Clinical Development

Gorilla Jobs is working with an established predominantly private dental practice in Bath , looking for an Associate Dentist to join its experienced clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a role that offers a strong existing patient base, predictable NHS income and genuine scope to build their private dentistry .

An inherited patient list is available, meaning the successful dentist can step into an established book rather than having to build their patient base from scratch.

What's on offer

• £14 per UDA
• Up to 5,000 UDAs available , with flexibility
• 45% private
• 3-4 days per week
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday available
• Established patient base
• Inherited patient list
• Strong opportunity to increase private activity over time
• Hygiene support within the practice
• Clinical support from experienced dentists
• Exposure to implants, orthodontics and endodontics

About the practice
The practice is an established, predominantly private clinic with a strong local patient base and a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The practice offers:

• A well-established patient base
• A predominantly private model
• General and private dentistry
• Hygiene support
• Experience across implantology, orthodontics and endodontics
• A collaborative team environment
• Opportunities to develop clinically alongside experienced colleagues

The practice is part of a growing dental group, providing associates with access to a wider clinical environment and opportunities to develop beyond routine general dentistry.

Clinical development
This role would suit a dentist who wants to develop their clinical skills and increase their private workload .
The existing team has experience across:

• Implant dentistry
• Orthodontics
• Endodontics
• General dentistry
• Private dentistry

There is therefore an opportunity to learn from experienced clinicians and develop your own areas of interest over time.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Associate Dentist will have:

• UK Clinical experience
• Valid unrestricted GDC Registration
• Strong communication skills
• An ethical and patient-focused approach
• Confidence providing general dentistry
• A genuine interest in clinical development
• A collaborative approach to working within a team
• A long-term mindset

With a predominantly private practice model, inherited patient list and 45% private rate , there is a clear opportunity for the successful dentist to build a stronger private portfolio while maintaining a predictable NHS income through the available UDAs.

The combination of an established patient base, flexible working pattern and access to clinicians with experience in implants, orthodontics and endodontics makes this particularly attractive to a dentist who is thinking about their longer-term clinical development.
