Responsibilities of cover supervisor:
* Covering a range of subjects to students across KS3 and KS4
* Managing behaviour and ensuring that the students are reaching their full potential.
* Ensure safety of the students and report any concerns to the safeguarding lead.
* Display great organisational skills and make sure the lessons run smoothly.
Requirements for a cover supervisor:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Excellent communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong behaviour management with the ability to control a classroom
