The Role: What you will do?

If you answered yes to the above Vita Health Group is your perfect next employer!
The Role:
We have several opportunities to recruit enthusiastic and committed Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (Trainee PWPs) to join our Talking Therapies (TT) service operating across Leicester City, Leicestershire & Rutland.
In this role, you will provide Low Intensity interventions whilst undertaking the Post Graduate Certificate delivered face to face by De Montfort University in September 2026. You will be joining a motivated workforce and will be supported in the completion of both your academic study and clinical delivery by skilled and experienced supervisors.
This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
After completing the training and becoming a qualified PWP, there may be an opportunity to apply for a permanent PWP post and contribute to an experienced and innovative service.

Interview Process:
- Shortlisted applicants must be available to attend interviews held between 23rd June – 26th June . All interviews will be held face to face at our Bank Court office (LE11 5TE).
- The interview will be 1 hour and consist of a 10 minute role play and interview questions. This will be held jointly with De Montfort University.
- Interview panels will consist of a Vita Health Group Operational Team Manager, a Vita Health Group Clinical Supervisor/ Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, and a representative from De Montfort University.
