4. Data Excellence: Utilizing granular assessment data to provide pinpoint feedback, ensuring that every student—including those from disadvantaged backgrounds—makes exceptional progress.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a practitioner who demonstrates a relentless drive for excellence and a passion for subject mastery. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a first-class or 2:1 degree in a core Science discipline.

• Proven Track Record: Evidence of consistently delivering high-quality learning outcomes and a deep understanding of the GCSE and A-Level assessment frameworks.
