Working alongside experienced Social Science colleagues, you will teach core theoretical units including memory, attachment, psychopathology, social influence, biopsychology, and research methods. Key Responsibilities

• Teach high-impact A-Level Psychology lessons in line with exam board specifications (AQA/OCR)

• Develop students' scientific inquiry, statistical analysis, empirical research evaluation, and structured essay writing

• Monitor, track, and assess student performance to ensure high attainment in external A-Level examinations

• Mentor Sixth Form pupils preparing university applications for Psychology, Neuroscience, and Cognitive Science degrees

• Lead co-curricular activities, such as Mind & Brain societies, journal discussion clubs, and guest speaker events

• Serve as a Sixth Form Tutor, delivering pastoral support, academic tracking, and high-level UCAS references

• Collaborate with faculty members to continuously enhance digital learning resources and revision workshops
