Stryker seeks a field-based Sales Representative for its Trauma division in Wales to develop relationships with NHS hospitals and drive revenue growth. The role combines account maintenance with new business development across surgical trauma solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing business in key trauma accounts and identify new sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training for hospital staff
- Cover surgical cases in operating theatres and audit theatre and hospital stock levels
- Manage consignment inventory and asset management using iPad applications
- Develop relationships with diverse NHS stakeholders including surgeons, procurement, and finance professionals
Requirements
- Clinical role experience or proven successful sales background
- Medical, scientific, or technical degree or relevant training
- Self-motivated, results-driven with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building ability
- Valid UK driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure with tenacity and adaptability
Compensation: £33,300 - £55,600 GBP Annual
