Job Purpose :
I am looking for a Personal Assistant to support me mainly with housework, organising my home and administrative tasks. I may also occasionally need help with preparing meals for my children.
My children and I are neurodivergent, so someone with a good understanding of autism and ADHD would be a bonus.
Location : Potter Heigham, NR29

I am looking for someone that I can build a trusting relationship with. You will be able to offer guidance, prompting, motivation and encourage me, to enable me to work alongside you so I can further improve my skills and meet my goals.
You will need to be able to deal with day-to-day administrative tasks. Attending to correspondence from post, emails and phone calls ensuring I attend to paying my bills. Support me with registering and reminding me to attend appointments.
Supporting me with household tasks including laundry and keeping the home tidy and organised for me and my children to live in.
Essential :
Organised and able to motivate others.
Caring and empathetic.
Professional and reliable.
Desirable :
Someone with a good understanding of autism and ADHD.
Summary terms and conditions:
· The rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour for employed PA.
· Hours and times of work: 3 hours per week, arranged flexibly. Details will be discussed at the interview.
· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
· This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, Autism, ADHD and Manual Handling of Objects.
Post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
